Transliteration: glo bur ba
<noun><adj> Same as གློ་བུར་ except this is the adj. and noun form. 1) The primary sense, especially in dharma texts, is that of something which appears all of a sudden on the surface of something else but does partake of the underlying entity and so will pass, without affecting the underlying entity, i.e., "adventitious". 2) It has also the two connotations of something which has just appeared i) "all of a sudden" and ii) "unexpectedly". Sometimes the secondary meanings are the meaning intended.
