Transliteration: rag las pa
<phrase> "To depend on", "be in reliance on" but only used in the context of some activity which depends on something else for its completion. Meaning that something is in a position where it must depend on or relate to something else. It is sometimes used in the sense "must come down to...". It is also used to mean "comes about because of that or those things coming together".

Transliteration: karma phrin las pa
