I. <verb> v.t. བཀག་པ་/ འགོག་པ་/ དགག་པ་/ ཁོག་/. Intransitive form is འགག་པ་ q.v. The base meaning is "to stop something" in the sense of interrupting its progress. Hence "to stop", "to block", "to halt".
