མེ་འབར་བ་
Transliteration: me 'bar ba

གསེར་མིག་འཁྱིལ་བ་
Transliteration: gser mig 'khyil ba
<noun> "Sweeping Golden Eyes". The name of the king of the མཁའ་ལྡིང་ Garuḍas; see མཁའ་ལྡིང་གསེར་མིག་འཁྱིལ་བ་ "Garuda's (king) Sweeping Golden Eyes". Note that the འཁྱིལ་བ་ in the name means that his eyes are constantly sweeping throughout all directions, seeing everything.
