[TC] gives as tamed, peaceful, gentle, not troubled. [SCD] gives as "མི་འགྱུར་བ་ or བརྟན་པོ་ strong, firm, steady; changeless. ལྷིང་ཆགས་ unbending, unflagging." The meaning is the same because it is talking about a person or being who does not have nervous thoughts and so is not inclined to run off or back away.
