རྟོག་པ་གཡོ་བ་
Transliteration: rtog pa g-yo ba
The name of a country in North India to which the third portion of the Buddha's cremated remains were taken. Some sources give the Pali name as Allakappa. The king of the country was the kṣhatriya Mahābuluka

ཡུལ་གྱི་ལྟེ་བ་
Transliteration: yul gyi lte ba
<phrase> "The centre of a country / district / land, etc." and meaning the hub of the country, often but not always the capital city or the main village, etc. The place that the people of the country or area consider to the centre of activity.

སྦོང་བ་
Transliteration: sbong ba
<verb> v.t. སྦངས་པ་/ སྦོང་བ་/ སྦང་བ་/ སྦོངས་/. Intransitive form is བང་བ་ q.v. "To make wet by putting into water". "To wet", "to steep" and hence also "to soak", "to drench". རྒྱལ་མོ་ཚ་བ་རོང་
Transliteration: rgyal mo tsha ba rong
<noun> "Gyalmo Tshawa Rong". The name of a major district in East Tibet, within the Chinese province called སི་ཁྲོན་ཞིང་ཆེན་ Sezchuan.

ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་
Transliteration: lo ts'a ba chen po
<noun> "Great Translator". Note that "great" in usages like this often means someone of great experience and capability, not necessarily someone who is a great practitioner or a highly visible person historically.

ཞར་བ་
Transliteration: zhar ba
I. <verb> v.i. ཞར་བ་/ ཞར་བ་/ ཞར་བ་//. Meaning "to be blinded in both eyes, or lose sight in one eye, or for sight to become defective in one eye or the other". Note the difference between this and དམུས་ལོང་ which is "to be blind from birth" and ལོང་བ་ which means "to be blind (in general)"; this means for sight to become defective, not to be fully blind. Transliteration: rten bca' ba
<verb> Past of རྟེན་འཆའ་བ་. Used in explanations of ཞི་གནས་ shamatha practice to indicate setting up of the རྟེན་ support that will be used in the shamatha practice done རྟེན་ཅན་ with support. E.g. in [MMZ] སྐུ་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ལ་རྟེན་བཅའ་བ་ནི། སྐུ་ལུགས་མའམ། རི་མོར་བྲིས་པའམ། "setting an image of the body as the support is to put a cast image or drawing before you..."

ཀླན་ཀ་འཚོལ་བ་
Transliteration: klan ka 'tshol ba
<verb> v.t. see འཚོལ་བ་ for tense forms. "To seek to argue the point because something is not right". To seek to re-dress something which has become the basis for dispute. Hence, "to go to argue", "to go to dispute the matter". E.g., རང་ཁག་གཞན་ལ་གཡོགས་ནས་ཀླན་ཀ་འཚོལ་བ། "to go to argue for my own goods which had fallen into another's hands".
