ཐབས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་
Transliteration: thabs kyi pha rol tu phyin pa
<noun> "The pāramitā of means". Translation of the Sanskrit [NDS] "upāya pāramitā". The seventh of the ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་བཅུ་ ten pāramitās. In general, it refers to the perfection of skill in means to benefit all sentient beings. It is described as threefold: see ཐབས་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་ "the three types of means". See also ཐབས་མཁས་བཅུ་གཉིས་ "the twelve aspects of (the pāramitā of) skilful means".

Transliteration: phyag dang zhabs kyi mthil shin tu gnas pa'i mtshan bzang

རིག་ཐོག་ཏུ་ངོ་སྤྲད་པ་
Transliteration: rig thog tu ngo sprad pa
<phrase> "Introduction to rigpa". A term of the ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་ Thorough Cut path of The Great Completion. ("Rigpa" is a special term of that path, རིག་པ་ q.v.)
