ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་
Transliteration: yid bzhin nor bu
<noun> "Wish-fulfilling jewel", "wish-fulfilling gem". Abbrev. of ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ q.v. 1) The name of the mythical "wish-fulfilling" gem. 2) The name of one of the twenty-one major tantras of the སེམས་སྡེ་ division of རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ The Great Completion. This is one of "the thirteen later translated tantras" which were translated by Vairochana, Nyag Jñānakumāra, and Yudra Nyingpo.

A text summarizing the བི་མ་སྙིང་ཐིག་ "The Vimalamitra Quintessence" composed by ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་པ་ and included in the སྙིང་ཐིག་ཡ་བཞི་ "The Quintessence in Four, Related Parts". Also known as ཡང་ཏིག་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་ "The Inner Essence, The Wish-fulfilling Jewel". It is effectively a fifth, major part of the Quintessence in Four, Related Parts.
