<phrase> "The Dharma King Tri Ralpachan". A common epithet for the early Tibetan King ཁྲི་རལ་པ་ཅན་ Trisong Deutsen q.v. He and two other kings of his family line were regarded as the great ones when it came to aiding the སྔ་དར་ initial spread of the Buddha's dharma in Tibet hence they were called ཆོས་རྒྱལ་ dharma kings.
